    XE nova stronger bottom arms.

    Saw a few "kits" on ebay for strengthening the bottom arms on 2.0 novas.

    Is this basically a plate to go over the "open" end of the arm? Im fitting 2 new ones in the morning and gonna have the welder out anyway so is it worth plating them up?

    What does it achieve?

    nova 1.8 16v on tbs
    yeah, basically makes the arm a box section, so less liable to twist under load, so improving steering response, weld the nuts to the ball joint to make fitting easier
