ok, my brother in law has a sintra and the handbrake is cr*p he parked on a hill earlier and it rolled away. he told me that if he puts the car in reverse (with handbrake on) and lets the clutch up the handbrake holds the car steady he cant move. but if he puts it in first and does the same he can pull away without any hassle (while the handbrake is engaged) does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be? the handbrake will not stop the car from rolling forward basically, any help would be great.
