    o2 sensor wires joining

right ive had to extend the wires on my lambda sensor so it reaches its hole (if that makes sense) but after about half hour of driving the ecu light comes on

when i flash it i get 13 which is lambda sensor open circuit

what could be causing this all the wires are joined tightly and insulated well

hmmmm i've done that aswell, and i have the pesky EM light come on, but no flash codes... Does youre come on and stay or go out again?? I'd check that it's insulated properly and the joins are good... I soldered mine together, i recommend you do that too if you havent!! Also check that the wires arent catching on anything, last time i looked mine were catching on the PAS rack (im gonna check that lol)!!!
