He now wants to put a v6 in the rear of his corsa gsi! he wants to use the sub frame from a cav in the back! can you give any advice for this? what he will realisticaly have to do to make this happen! and the best route to take. this was from the strip he was at yesterday watching the subie break the record! now he wants to build a fast strip car! i told him to use the 3l bottom end with uprated apr bolts and 2.5 litre heads flowed and ported instead of the standard 2.5. any gen guys would be appriciated
The record for the strip was 9.7, his first run was 9.3 and then he did a 9.1!!! but the car was reving up and down after that 1. the car was black and was all fiber glassed up!
It was some ware yesterday! nearish york i would imagine if any1 on here was there! what colour was the subie from totb? i have seen the vidio on his phone and it was very inpresive! forgot to ask where it was though!:doh:
yeah tell me about the grip i'm usually there with the nova but this time i was in my brothers vxr and only did 14.4, bit to much slip there for my liking!

Yes chip i have shown him the twin engined thread! any pics of yours? he believes if he gets a doner v6 cav it will be easier with all parts available!
