    air lock

    hi all i have an air lock in my water system what would be the best way to get rid of it ive draned and refilled and still keep getting one took top off of bottle and sqused the pipes i can hear the air in there but carnt get rid of it any advice

    Airlock

    Fill up with water and start the car. Leave the cap off. Let the engine run until it gets hot and the fan cuts in. When this happens water will splash all over the place but will then circulate and remove the air in the system. Once this has happened just top up with coolant.

    As above. And if, after a day or so of normal driving, it still has an air lock, I'd be suspecting the headgaket, or some other leak.
    They're there, in their room.
