Tried adjusting off the cable?
Is it the type you can wind the shoe adjustment off through a hole in the drum?
If the drum is badly worn, may have to rip it off along with the shoe pins.

Car? If removed it should pull off, if not put equal force behind the drum and the back plates 180 degrees opposite each other!

Put a facking great clamp on it? Its diagonally split though, probs not too safe?

Put equal force on whilst someone gives it hammer! Dont mean this rude but the hand-brake is off isnt it?

If the drums is half off its not much more to get it off! Just slap the **** out of it and be prepared to put the adjusters/springs etc back together!

If its just a drum, and there is a large center nut that holds the bearing on, take off the nut, then put the wheel back on and use the extra width of the wheel so you can pull the drum off - dunno if its the same but this is the way I used to get the drums off my ax and 205. The other way is the pull on one side, whilst hammering the opposite side, then swop where you were hammering with where you were pulling, keep doing that and the shock will work it off.

get it from a motor factors, and go to halfods and get an eazi-bleed kit and some brake fluid.

undo the pipe going to the back of the cyliner, then there should be aeither a 10 or 13mm bolt holding the cylinder in place, undo this the remove the cylinder then replace and bleed, reatty straight forward, just depends on how hard the pip and nut are to get off, give it all a good soaking in wd40 first just to help it along.

Same as Jamie said above! I replaced both slaves and drums on each side for £22 IIRC!

Yes, you probably only have 1 leaking if thtats the fault so identify the side and replace that one! I like to keep things in symetrical!

You'll also need an Eazi bleed kit at about £15-20 to bleed the brakes as Jamie said, plus a botle of brake fluid at about £6 and the slave cylinder for about £10ish.

Have you bled brakes before?
