    Question Cav GSi Alloy Wheels

    Hello all,

    Thinking 'bout getting a set for my astra, so would like to know a few things;

    How much do they normally cost?
    How much do they weigh (single wheel with tyre)?
    Would they look ok on a mk3? (anyone got a pic i can paste onto a photo)

    Cheers

    They suit the MK2 better, but if you are interested I have a set of late cav sri fan style alloys for sale for £115.

    Hi Lee,

    Perhaps your right 'bout the looks a more modern style may be suitable.
    Would you be able to weigh one of the wheels? The current wheel and tyre weigh 14.8Kg each, I would like a wheel and tyre that are lighter.

    Thanks.

    18Kg! What size wheel was that? My weight above was for the standard 14 x 5.5" steel wheel with a 195/60 tyre. It was measured using a calibrated digital scale at work.

    ps what are the kumho's like? Saw them advertised in demon tweeks, thought about getting those or maybe yoko's A032R.
