Early XE flywheel - £25 for one, need bolt holes opened up from M7 to M8 (simple job)
Uprated clutch (needs XE pressure plate and V6 friction plate
3.0 v6 inlet cams (like gold dust)
Drill airbox, add cold air feeds and put a performance panel filter in

that what i got told todo to mine people will now argue the toss over how todo the flywheel !!
this info may help you out

What I did with mine is ditched the F25 and replaced it with the F23. There are now NO flat spots between gears. Throttle body I guess but to be honest I got rid of mine, it was like turning corners in a boat.
The gearbox change will show great results. :D

A Vectra GSi will have the 3.0 inlet cams (G) and the F23 box allready fited.

The 4.0 bar FPR is meant to smooth out flat spots, i have fitted one but havnt started it yet.

U can fit a courtney lightend flywheel for £275 i also have this fitted and it is very responsive.

U can also get reworked inlet manifold sections to imporove flow.

Give it a good service and perhaps the cam belt and pullyes if ur unsure of the history.
