the only things that alter spark energy are the coil output and spark plug gap. as damon said, performance leads wont gain power, unless you were losing power in the first place due to tired old leads.
If you have high performance wires and spark plugs it will allow you to run higher ignition that will generate more power. On high performance engines 400+ xe/let you should run racing plugs and good wires to have higher ignition and get a smoother running on the engine on high turbo boosts. If you run a 500hp let on OEM plugs and 1,5bar you will have big problems with the spark.
