Well, one thing is sure:I'm not gonna pay £700 for parts which I 'll probably have lying around the house somewhere....
So boys what will i need,to flame up my clet?
Does anyone have the electronic circuit of the "box" provided in the kit?(must be near something like a strobo-lamp circuit...)
I also know they use zippo gas to lighten things up...
Auto Exhaust Flame Thrower by The Jolly Roger
For this one, all you need is a car, a sparkplug, ignition wire and a
switch. Install the spark plug into the last four or five inches of
the tailpipeby drilling a hole that the plug can screw into easily.
Attach the wire (this is regular insulated wire) to one side of the
switch and to the spark plug. The other side of the switch is attached
to the positive terminal on the battery. With the car running, simply
hit the switch and watch the flames fly!!! Again be careful that no
one is behind you! I have seen some of these flames go 20 feet!!!
Dunno if this will work, but my mate tried it on his capri with 2 spark pulgs and it worked a bit, but his car basically shat out petrol from the exhaust.
Maybe he means the ones that the yanks go for. Not little flames but huge 20ft+ flames. I saw an article in Street Car a few years ago where they actually used bottled gas to spew out these huge flames.
The thing is that my double canned carbon tailpipe is sticking vertically up in the air,and I don't want any residues of unburnt fuel etc. to stay in the system.
The £700 was a typee, should OF COURSE be £70.00 !!! Again be careful that no
one is behind you! I have seen some of these flames go 20 feet!!!
Well, who sais my tailpipe is stickin' out the back???Wrong assumption...
And I hope in the end, they'll go 20 feet up in the air!
