Talking MPG readout

Can I get one of those trip computers for my veccy B that gives me miles per gallon readout and miles in tank left for my 1.8. Will Vauxhall install this as an option, if so how much?

Can i buy one and install it into the digital display on the dash board? Can anyone help with this please?

Re: MPG readout

Yes you can get one.
No Vaux wont fit it.
You possibly could buy one and fit it, but believe me, it's hard work. The loom needs rewiring, you'll need to add sensors in the engine bay, new wiper arm (inside car).
Wouldn't bother.

Re: MPG readout

The Loom will be there, they are all the same.

For Check Control you'll need to add the relevant sensors.

You may struggle to find one programmed for a 1.8, but the 2.0 uses the samne Program IIRC.

You can also get them reprogrammed with Tech1.
