0-60? top speed, bhp/torque etc?

Where do they get the 0-60 times from? is it an average on uphill / downhill / flat / wet / dry ??? always seem alot higher than actual. |

| The 1.6 Zetec is a sweet engine, but notoriously hard to tune. Put a induction kit, exhaust and chip on one of these and you'll get a couple of horsepower if you're lucky. |
