Following on from the 'Brew your own Thread' here is my how to prep your Sunday dinner Pheasant.

This is the method i use to prep my pheasants ready for roasting or using for pies ect.
This method gives your the breast area and the legs in under 3 mins...
Pheasants from a shoot done on friday.
