Following on from the 'Brew your own Thread' here is my how to prep your Sunday dinner Pheasant.
******THIS IS NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH*****
This is the method i use to prep my pheasants ready for roasting or using for pies ect.
This method gives your the breast area and the legs in under 3 mins...
Pheasants from a shoot done on friday.

takes me about 3 - 5 mins to skin a pheasant, had 4 from the shoot so did them first.

you can roast it like a normal chicken ect or cut it into slices and pan fry it in olive oil and sherry with a small bit of brown suger to caramilize it. the leg i would put in a slow cooker with a nice amout to root veg and a splash of woschester sauce and dijon mustardso how do you cook it then chap?, just waiting on pay day so i can get my beer kit ordered
