I don't think you can top films like 'Vertigo' and 'North By North West'. Anyone who hasn't seen them or most other Hitchcock films should just watch them, I'm no film expert, but he was a film-making genius.
Another one is 'After Hours', Martin Scorsese directed it, it's a black comedy about a bloke that has the sh*ttest night imaginable in New York and just wants to get home.
One dog goes one way and the other goes the other.

I watched 2001 last night strangely, it's ****ing brilliant. Hadn't watched it for about 5 years, far too long.

Christ yeah. The sequel 2011 wasn't much better, but at least had story line. 2001 is kinda credited for inventing the tablet computer though!
