    Question Railcards

    Am I right in thinking I cannot have a railcard? (I'm 27)

ie you can only get one if you're under 25, a pensioner or disabled?

I think you're confusing a railcard with an annual train pass or something, or a monthly ticket?

Railcards are like £30 or something and you get a flat 1/3 off all fares

    or a student

You have to travel a lot for £3 savings to be worth it. For occasional journeys book in advance through all the websites that do cheap things.

Does your mental impediments not entitle you to a disabled one?

Wow, what a joke, I'm the right age for a family railcard

But I couldn't use it unless i had somebody under 15 with me.

I'd probably save money on my rail travel by hiring a really cheap child prostitute FFS lmao

I always buy advance tickets but I'm spending £25-£40 a time, and doing several trips a week some weeks.

So a 1/3 saving would be really nice

And "3 years of arguing with Tathan and Chip on an internet" isn't enough to classify me as having post-traumatic stress disorder, although I'd have sooner been in Iraq for those 3 years FYI. IED's I can cope with, drunken Welsh I cannot.

People say it's a very fine line between genius and stupidity. MSG blows that theory clean out the water.

I can empathise with your attitude towards MSG. I imagine if I were trying to play football alongside Ronaldo I'd feel similarly inadequate

*Please note only a light-hearted dig*

Kind of ironic given the grammar in that question.

    Re: Railcards

I have reached such a mature age that all sarcasms looks humour to me, I guess its due to lower levels of testastrone at my age, still, glad I am able to cope with all that is thrown at me with a pinch of salt, I have become immune to any provacations, entrapments, IEDs you name it I still stand firmly unable to be shaken off!

That is my strength, being cool and immune to any criticism, let us face it, who is perfect? No one.lmao

be soon 58. and as for free rail card, not too far to go!lmao

PS. when you reach this sort of age, you start to realise, we are all mortal beings, sooner or later we will be leaving this planet with absolutely nothing, all your pocessions and wealth means absolutely nothing in the face of a certain imminent departure, so i will say to the mankind, do good only as that is what you will be remembered for best, and do evil that is how you will be remembered for being an evil.
