Greetings,
Not been on-line for such a long time! Living in London meant got rid of all my cars but... on September 7th this year I will be cycling from Greenwich Park in London to The Eifel Tower in Paris then onto Lake Geneva in Geneva, by pedal bike. (Virgin Money Giving | Fundraising | Brad's London to Geneva cycle page)
I’m going to be riding for the Alzheimer’s Society, my Nan sadly suffered from Alzheimer’s for many years. It was very hard to deal with, but ever since she passed away my Mum has been helping the Alzheimer’s Society local branch.
So now it’s my turn to help out and make a big difference so what seemed like a good idea at the time has now become reality… I’m riding from London to Geneva!!! Over 1000 Kilometres!!!
-Day 1: London – Dover – Calais (85 miles / 137Km)
-Day 2: Calais – Arras (95 miles / 153Km)
-Day 3: Arras – Compiegne (80 miles / 129Km)
-Day 4: Compiegne – Paris (57 miles / 91Km)
-Day 5: Free rest day in Paris
-Day 6: Paris – Sens (80 miles / 129Km)
-Day 7: Sens – Semur-en-Auxois (80 miles / 129Km)
-Day 8: Semur-en-Auxois – Lons-Le-Saunier (94 miles / 152Km)
-Day 9: Lons-Le-Saunier – Geneva (70 miles / 113Km)
-Day 10: Geneva – London
I will also be ‘blogging’ as I go, well as long as I can get my site working 100%, so feel free to check it out www.blabley.co.uk.
But worth it in the long run, please help by giving as much or as little as you can afford. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
Cheers,
Brad
(Admins, wasn't too sure on the right place so please feel free to move it... it is for a good cause)
