Anyone affected by all this chaos in London?

Some crazy stuff going on down there, hopefully someone will have the balls to take some drastic measures, IE send in the Army, against these yobs so intent on ****ting on their own and their neighbours doorsteps.

I couldn't believe some of the people who justified it on the telly, saying there's nothing for them to do now .

Not effected but stunned. The mrs of the bloke shot is saying it's completely out of control so whats the motive now.

Fecking mob - frightening what these people can do.

Especially when you see what's left of folks' homes/businesses .

As the guy who ran the local PO in Tottenham said, why would they destroy the place they collected their benefits.

Why are the police just standing there? Just letting them set cars on fire. Get some riot control in there. Water canons and rubber bullets should be at least a minimum.

They should shoot the whole lot of them. It's gonna cost ****ing millions just for some pikey scumbags to smash some ****. Even if they get jailed that'll just cost more.

Does seem a bit odd the way it's being handled...stealth way of clearing the area?

Re: Anyone affected by all this chaos in London?

My friends business got looted last night, one man band who sold and fixed phones and computers... he is now stuffed. Mate has a business in Peckham, it a butchers we're hoping they don't turn up there.

Rumour in Brixton is that Oxford street is to be done tonight!

All this looting is going to be paid for by all taxpayers. Insurance is currently soaring as companies try reclaim the losses.

Yesterday in brixton they looted the mcds and started cooking themselves burgers, in footlocker a woman was trying on trainers before she stole them. TVs from currys were being sold for £20 round the corner!

I'm shocked by this, you wouldn't think it would happen in the UK, 3rd world countries yes, but not London...

    Good point and well made.

It seems to be starting in Brum too. And now I'm not one to speculate, but the mobs seem to be mostly a certain ethnic origin...... Just an observation.

Re: Anyone affected by all this chaos in London?

I think they should arrest as many as possible, tot up the total bill for the damage, police and costs, then divide it evenly between the ****ers. When they've all got a £10,000 fine they'll think twice about it next time. Or shoot them all. I'd be up for that - I think it's likely that the majority are unemployed criminals who are just a drag on the society.

What will actually happen is that they get fined for criminal damage or breach of the peace.
