Today me and fake Boxxy had a thai / malaysian curry made with beansprouts garlic, onions, , lettuce, cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn. To this was added chicken breast, red thai sauce and coconut milk.
The rice is white long grain, stir fried with eggs and onion
This leaves a very tasty, low-fat mildly spicy curry with plenty of veg.
Dessert was mini sundaes, which are 3 types of ice cream, topped with whipped cream, chocolate fudge sauce, jelly beans, pink sugar, a sprinkle of coffee and a dash of Tia Maria. On special occasions I add marshmallows, belgian chocolate sauce, chocolate balls, crumbled biscuit, chocolate brownies etc... The key is to keep the poritons small. Go for quality over quantity to keep the calories down![]()
