i just recieved an email from my NP informing me my bill for the month was available to view online so of course i viewd the bill and about spat my coffe all over the comp
i havent used the phone in question for aprox 2 months as i lost my phone and i am still waiting on insurance deciding wheather they will replace it or not so i havent even gone over my allowance
they did say that it could be 1 of 3 reasons or all 3 but the reasons they listed where
calling 0845 numbers, did make calls to my bank on an 0845 number
using the phone abroad, havent been on holiday since 2009
going over my tarrif, havent used it in like 2 bloody months
what do you guys suggest i do??
