Virus on Mig maybe ?????

Ive had this \/ come up acouple of times now when loading another page on here (Mig) It hasnt happend on any other forum im on. I ran 3 of my Anti Viruses lastnight and i came up with nothing.

So thought id let you guy's know. Not sure if there is something on here
I will add that i recived an Email form "Abbey/Santander" asking me to put my bank details into the lookalike Abbey page. I didnt do it I rang Abbey insted and forward the email onto them.

Anyway, here is a print screen of whats comming up.

Yeah google picks up a problem with one of the adds, its safe. It just doesn't like it.

What browser you all using? i have had nothing so far on Firefox, can you remeber what page/area you were looking at when it happened.

Did it open a new tab or window or just load up on the tab you were using?

as soon as i visited mig (via a favourite to my user cp) under ie8 as firefox generally gives me issues with a few forums so i use ie on them

Im getting issues with that "a problem has been reported, send / dont send" box that comes up when your browser (ie8) doesnt work? click dont send and the tab recovers the page.

Some virus protection stuff comes up on my laptop and it aborts page and reloads a new window. You have to click cancel 3 times and back to clear it from current tab withour starting a fresh.
Did this on my dads laptop last night now mine so its not the computer thats the problem.....I was just about to start a thread about it hahaha

ok, i have seen the thread that pops up and yes i had to click it 3 times to get rid of it, but i had to copy and paste the link into my Firefox to see it, it is a pop-up ad that directs you to a fake image of your pc being scanned and then will push you to download a free virus scanner, it is malware and they have found a way (looks like by using adlink from google on bulletin sites) of bypassing IE7 & 8 security and Firefox.
