Just had a slapper ring me to have insurance with them blah blah i said ok and ur contact number is? She mumbled and said ohh ummm we are a call centre..i said well done hun AND UR NUMBER IS?

She then said do u feel we are not legal? I said **** yeah hun laters! *click! lmao

USe to get tons of calls/letters from them when my 12 months was up.... They soon got the message when I kept sending the letters back in the pre paid envelopes with stones in to make it cost more in postage and **** off written on the letters lol

I got a letter from either them or someone else selling the same crap warranty. Never got a phone call from them though, although considering i work for sky i can't see myself paying for warranty from a 3rd party while i have a free one anyway

The reason she couldnt give you a number is that a call centre is outbound and therefore does not deal with inbound calls. I think you would find if you werent an ignorant dick that you could have just gone on the sky website and seen that the woman who called was genuine and probably just intimidated by you being arrogant.

Its Not a scam i have the plan, the person who called me was polite and i have used the plan 4 times and always found the service more than satisfactory

Ya but the point is why do they need to call us to trying to offer an extended warranty, we can if we want to call them ourselves should we need to extend our warranties, simply by calling Sky.

That way Sky can connect us to legitimate companies instead of us being called by a bogus company trying to fob us out
