    Losing a beer belly

Is it possible to loose a beer belly with minimal exercise, good diet and not stop drinking beer? Currently well into my 2nd week without a drink and i am feeling quite bored now lmao

I am afraid once you attain the beer belly, it is going to be there for the rest of your life!! You will have to sweat your rollox to get rid of it!!

    re: Losing a beer belly

i was 17 stones years ago but zero fat, then i had my kidneys pack up from blood poisoning which lead me to lose over 8 stone in 3 months and have the strength of a small gerbil for 5 years. all fine now and working on the cars is building me up again quite well...but the beer and the flipping tasty kebabs from the local are too much temptation.

I feel your pain I really do. I have not drank any beer this month in fact no alcohol at all. I'm so ashamed of my gut it's disproportional to the rest of me. It kind of dawned on me that I have drank every day for over five years or so apart from the odd week here and there (desperately trying to con myself I ain't an alco lmao) So I thought I'm due to give blood 7th next month so I'll knock it on the head for a month and one week.

Funk me life off the beer is so boring. Is it possible to kill yourself drinking cans of pepsi max and diet coke all night? With the occasional bottle of Tesco flavoured water to 'spice' things up a bit..

Unsure if the belly is going down. The wife says so but then she says she's happily married and I know that's got to be a lie! When I was young I drank like funk ate like funk and trained like funk so yeah I had the body but I also had youth on my side. Now I have neither..lmao

One of my best mates was 24.5 stone at the start of this year.

He is now 17 stone and has lost 10" from around his waste.

Yep, go down the pub and end up on Diet coke ffs. Whats that all about, all my mates are on pints and i am camping it up with a funking diet coke!

Still i am going to loose it, even if its the last thing i do! Maybe describing it as a beer belly is a bit harsh, more like a bit of excess fat, not a full on beer gut!

On a side note i have not missed the beeriod the next morning after a large session on Stella lmao

    lmaolmaolmao It's true

To get rid of it you have to do Cardio, so going for bike rides are perfect, Jogging is great too!

Then you want to look into strenthening the muscles behind so a few sit ups and press up will help
I, this week have decided to do the same and spoke to my mate who is a personal trainer, trainer lmao
I think i'm coming off the beer (again). Ameretto and coke is nice, as is 43 and pineapple juice/coke (Can we get a spirit icon?)

    re: Losing a beer belly

Doing bike rides is a good way to burn off fat, as spanish said a bit of jogging will help. I've had to lose over a stone after i got lazy and never did anything and failed a fitness test in the army, so now i go running 2-3 times a week but something else that has helped to give me the energy to do it is to change my diet, porridge for breakfast and also take some suppliments, these two....
