if it was me i would just turn up at his door without giving him any warning so he has no reason to try and dodge you

if his mum answers the door ask her to stay there while you speak to him if its face to face he will find it hard to make up bull**** excuses

Send him a registered letter asking for the goods or repayment. Give him 14 days from receipt to respond. Tell him if you don't hear from him within 14 days then you will take legal action to reclaim your money. If you don't get a response to that, slap a small claims action on him (Link). He'll probably realise you mean business and pay up.

i have a migger gagged at the mo he has a selling problem. problem is he dont know what hes doing and uses cheap shti couriers. hoping its sorted soon as i have an engine to build and the valves arent going to open alot as yet..

Just proof really that the scammer doesn't always win.

Unfortunately it had to get a bit messy and I had a very long chat with a very nice sounding lady from Hampshire constabulary...etc...etc, but it just goes to show that not everyone is as legitimate as they sound.

But everyone responds well to fear.
