It's a tough one because one or two pound coins could throw the whole thing off. 
I've got a pint glass full of coppers and I know roughly how much that's worth when it's full, but this is in a whole new league of guesswork!

with working in a shop and having the pleasure of changing alot of money in pots like that for old grannys and herion addict look-a-likes id say about £15 tops if theres no pound coins in there, if Benn is good with is tounge i got a different use for him | |

ooh, few close guesses, but not quite, and there were quite a few odd coins in there too, like euros, yen and some american quaters, fek knows where they came from. | |

In my experience, most people under estimate what a change jar will hold.
My mate had a large BELLS whiskey bottle about 2/3rds full. He reckoned about £19/20. I said more like £50! He wasnt having any of it until he came back from changing it up with a sixty quid grin on his face....
