Aye them Halfords toolsets are the business.
If you're looking at track days type stuff, theres a good place in Co. Monaghan does rally driving with Mk2 Escorts and Evos, though I think its about 260...

Don't get him one of those bags with shower gel/****ty deoderant and whatever else. I always get them. What a waste of time. The shower gel is more like porridge and the deo always smells like donkey's legs.
Get him some CDs or an HMV voucher or something. My sister got me a bucket full of wax/polish...etc for my car last year, that was awesome.  | |
