You can't post pics directly to the forum, you need to have them hosted somewhere like Imageshack or Photobucket (both free to sign up).
You basically upload your pics to the image hosting service, and it will give you a URL pointing to them, you then use the forums 'image' button and paste in the address of the hosted pictures, and they'll show up in your post.

It's honestly not as hard as it looks, just goto either of those two sites and open a free account, follow the instructions to upload the pics, the thread Jack posted the link to should help a bit. | |
