In hand to hand combat I'm sure Bourne would dish out some pain to Bond, however seconds away from death bond would most probably manage to dangle from a chandelier with Q-brand shoe laces and swinging kick Bourne into some kind of electrical feature.
Bourne would then die, Bond would come out with some dry satirical comment, straighten his tux, then nip off and slide into some Eastern European girl; who at the beginning of the film wasn't sure of her morals but is now happy to help an M16 agent in exchange for sex.

Oh and whilst knobbing the bird he’d come out with another dry comment, do something you weren’t expecting, or get caught in the act by his superiors!
For example –
Throw microfilm into the water.
Say “Keeping the British end up sir!”

Meanwhile Bourne… whom we thought was dead will be seen swimming off into the sequel…

I'd say while Bond is a charmer, quite the ladies man etc and while he does have some abilities, when it comes down to it, Bourne is an efficient, ruthless, killing machine and I doubt even Bond would be a match for him, so if its just purely on 'getting the job done', Bourne would win hands down.

Wouldn't half be an interesting face-off though

Bond would easily win, Bourne wouldn't know what was going on Bond would walk in take his jacket and tie off, roll about a bit take a few hits to get Bourne to think he is winning then knock **** out of him. Then he would come out with great comment walk in to the next room shag Bournes bird, then walk down the stairs get in the Aston drive to the pub. Have a few beers. Go back to the office, shag the hot female doctor, Moneypenny, M (the female one ), the fit brid from the 5th/6th & 7th floors. Go back to Bournes makes gubbit weans with his sister. Jump out the window on the blind cord, get into a huge car chase with the Met for no real reason, Met officers crashing everywhere, huge explosions the whole time Bond has no expression on his face, he's done it all before. Stops cool as you like gets out back where he left Bourne casually walks up the stairs where he is still k.o'd on the floor, and drown's him in a bucket of sand.

I dunno, before Daniel Craig, Bond would get his ass whooped huge style, but Craig doesn't mess about, except when he's messing about. When he's not messing about he's hard as nails.
I think I might still favour Bourne, though. I actually feel the pain from some of his punches from the films, and the game is pretty crunchy too.

However, believe it or not, LIAM NEESON would give both of them a damn good kicking in his latest film, Taken. And he's not bothered by morals; anyone who isn't with him is against him, so he KILLS them. Watch it.

As Dan said. Pre Danial Craig, Bond was a bit of a fairy, but he is a lot meaner and colder now, which is a good thing.
Bourne would still kick his ass though, he doesnt need the silly gadgets Bond uses, Bourne can kick ass with a rolled up newspaper, a Biro or a toaster.

Both, see Bourne proved in the first movie that it was possible to be hard as nails, leave a massive trail of destruction, and still have time for a woman once all the work was taken care of...
