defo a piss take, if a red car finished first, this wouldn't of happened...
for gods sake, thats pathetic. After what happened with Massa at Valencia too
Its so blatent that they are adjusting race results to keep the title close now.
I hope Hamilton comes out and plays the race card, then they wont be able to touch him.
Exactly!! Didnt in the last grand prix at Valencia when Massa was released unsafely in the pit lane!!! What a load of crap!
How can they do that when he was ahead at the chicane, Raikkonen ran him off track (not allowed to do that - its in the rules), let him back past and because Raikkonen and the Ferrari combo is patheic in the wet he got back past just as quick!!! Then Raikkonen parked it in the wall!!
People still say that it isnt biased towards FERRARI???lmaolmaolmaolmaolmao

plain and simple![]()
OMG - this is so lame. There was nothing wrong with that coner cut - he let Kimi take the position back, then overtook him fairly. Everyone was skidding off, cutting corners etc to aviod collision, but do it against a red car and you are penalised. Complete ****ing joke!
Why is the time of day with the slowest traffic called rush hour?
I don't agree with that.
He was racing at the bus stop, he did drive off to stop contact, he did give the place back.
Kimi passed Lewis and had more momentum. Lewis simply kept his foot in it longer and out braked him into the next corner.
I'm sure Mclaren will contest than one
FIA deter appeals by increasing the penalty if you lose an appeal.
Only Ferrari have won any appeal to the FIA that I know off (Malaysia 1999).
I'd still appeal. Did Charlie Whiting not speak to Ron Dennis about this?
I'm sure it was talked about on the race.

that is a big piss take.
it says there that hamilton went on the grass but let kimi back past so he gained nothing from it so how can they do that to him. just because mclaren are doing better than ferari they get penalised.
Maclaren might as well start developing a car to race in another series, along with the other 8 constructors. Then Ferrari can field 20 cars of their own in 'Formula 1' and the FIA can rest easy that the result will always be favourable to the Italians.
f*****g joke....if i was maclaren then i would look up and say they are pulling out the joke that is F1...whats the point of the whole team putting all the effort in only for the FIA finding some way of taking it away from them...total crap

Dirty cheating Mclaren driving ****. Serves him right.
Back in the scene
took this from another forum but it is from the online commentary taken from the f1 website
"at Spa are looking into an incident in the closing stages of the Belgian Grand Prix involving McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton, the eventual race winner, and Ferrari rival Kimi Raikkonen.
Battling for the lead as rain started to fall in the dying laps, Hamilton ran across the Bus Stop chicane as he attempted to pass Raikkonen. He correctly surrendered the position, but then dived past the Ferrari going into the La Source hairpin.
However, Raikkonen quickly retook the lead as Hamilton ran wide at Pouhon, only to then lose it for good as he spun into the wall and retirement, handing the British driver his fifth win of the season."
so where in this commentary does it say he done wrong then
this is the kinda **** that pisses me off about F1.
TBH i enjoy watching GP2 alot more than F1
Perfect wind up Ricklmao
Alonso came 4thNo cheating and in a crud car.

i have to say i love the comparisons to valencia, couldnt be a more different situation, and it makes me smile how people are so jaded by james allens itv commentarylmao but hey ho, even i can see this ones a bit harsh, they are saying he gained an advantage by having a better momentum because of the way he let kimi back past, but i've never seen that given before, its just good race craft imo, i doubt massa would want to inherit a win like that
its mainly a shame though mainly as it feeds the rumour mill and mclaren fans paranoia

I'm no team fan... F1 lost me a decade ago. But if Bernie is dead set about ridding the UK of an F1 race, one way to do it is to piss off the public and to stop them watching it on TV... advert money goes, TV rights money goes so its not broadcast and et voila you lose the GP to some far east country willing to stump the cash.
just my theory lol

I really am totally confused by the suggestion that Hamilton had a better momentum as a result of straight lining the corner, surely by slowing down and allowing Kimi past means the momentum is with the Ferrari?
