OMG It's like teaching Japanese to a puppy. The rules are black and white. They are printed and make perfect sense it would seem to everybody except yourself.
The rule states very very very clearly that a driver MUST NOT LEAVE THE TRACK. How is that confusing? What part of that rule is 'grey' to you?
The sole issue isn't the rule at all, it's that the stewards are not applying the rule to everybody that breaks it.
Youre quoting rules that are open to interpretation by humans not computers so they can have a different say and a different view, BIG GREY AREA!!!!! lmao lmao lmao
So if thats so clearly stated, Raikkonen ran OFF TRACK at the first corner and then again on the second lap and then again after the incident at pouhon. So he was OFF TRACK and gaining advantage!!!He was so off track at the end he binned it in the wall!

OK well tell me how you would interpret the words MUST NOT LEAVE THE TRACK in respect of Lewis Hamilton leaving the track at the chicane.
If he just kept going, after been forced off track, he would of been braking on the high painted green kerbs on the inside of the corner which would of led to him, bottoming out the car, spearing the side of Raikkonen's car and taking each other off (probably would of got fined or penalised after the race aswell). Much safer to take the escape road, lift the throttle to let Raikkonen back past and keep the racing going which it did to good affect, best part of the race!!![]()
If Raikkonen had of kept his lead after Hamilton had to brake for the Williams rejoining the track after the incident, nothing would have been done!
OK well tell me how you would interpret the words MUST NOT LEAVE THE TRACK in respect of Kimi Raikkonen leaving the track at the first corner to gain advantage over Massa and then again at Pouhon?

Yes he did, he and Raikkonen slid off the track one after the other, but Hamilton quickly turned the car back onto the track, where as Raikkonen ran all the way round at a quicker pace to close the gap back to Hamilton!
The escape roads are theyre for a reason, if you slide alittle wide you can still carry on by turning back onto the track with out damage or beaching the car on gravel or kerbs (also safer in the dry at high speed).

At the end of the day the sport has turned into a farce with ridiculous inside politics.
