my battered and abused Cannondale F900sx - has covered thousands of miles and could well be due a re-spray this year. still a brilliant XC race bike and light even by today's standards

my Trek OCLV 5900 Super Lite US Postal Service Team Edition - the same bike Lance Armstrong won Le Tour on - Bontrager RaceLite wheels, full DuraAce groupset and ITM Millennium contacts. weight about 16lbs

waiting to be built, my Specialized S-Works with Fox F120RLC - I've got a full XT groupset waiting to go on this when i have time to build it.

it's a great fork. no lateral flex or twist and stiffer than anything else available at the time (it's a 2000 bike) and its light. only problem is removing the wheel involves moving the calliper (but then you don't need to remove the wheel for punctures) and servicing costs a fortune (but it went 7 years before it needed one)

That single side fork does look crazy as funk. Hub/ bit that holds the hub must be very strong.

Gonna bulid my Zaskar up tomorrow and takes pics of that, my GT Hans Rey Limited Edition trails/trick bike and my XC Specialized Rockropper Disc.

For now, here is a video of me back in 1993 on my GT Zaskar (the black bike) - the other guy is my brother. I did improve greatly after this video was taken, but it is really retro. I lost this video as a hard drive failed, but I had posted it on a trails forum a few years back, and one of the users saved and kept it, so many thanks to him!

    Here's my bikes.

This is my ARP Ibex Titanium frame from the late 90's used during my racing days where I was 3rd overall in the Midlands series and 6th in the National series U16 age. I suppose it's pretty retro now with PACE Racing forks XT brake levers and LX arms (I found this combo to work the best). Bike weighs about 24lbs.

Still dirty from it's last outing.

My New bike which i'm yet to take off road. Chris Boardman 08 Model. Really nice Spec.

    My road bike.

My old GT Timberline, used for pottering and going to school it's along time ago lol

Retro bikes FTW - I managed to rescue a 95 (i think) Kona Cindercone from the tip, complete with Kona rigid forks for £2. It then got sold as i had far too many bikes, and needed soem cash. Sod for £70 i think
