I thought that was great in the morning. Didn't it start at 6am? They tried to update it, and it was some really horrible trendy rubbish that lasted about 1 month. I watched it once and couldn't do it again.

What do they have now? Will & Grace? Frasier? American SH*TE.

I'm racking my brains to remember the show that replaced it, was it called RISE or something with Iain Lee and that bird who won big brother. Not a patch on the Big Breakfast, a real sham, as it was so different to GMTV and the stuffy BBC breakfast show.

I think what you want is actually the whole late 1990s package.

Everyone was getting on, doing well and peace was spreading like a disease, even in the Middle East.

I got suspended from school for refusing to attend chapel (posh school ) for 6 months on religious grounds, i.e. I was watching the Big Breakfast.

Does anyone remember, during the Zoe Ball era, whilst the cottages were revamped, they had the show aboard a boat for a week and travlled around Portsmouth, Brighton, Cowes, Bournemouth and the Thames?
    They're there, in their room.

I'd really like to know what's happened to Saturday morning TV....we used to get loads of shows that may have been a bit cheesy or dull, but at least we got to watch something other than some c**t cook fish!

No, it was actually before that, but I think it was called RISE. It had some poseur fronting it, and it was really, really sickeningly trendy, with all those horrid close and loose/shaky camera shots for no reason. I thought that Ian Lee thing was ok.
I'd rather watch scenes of child execution that watch the American theme Channel 4 has running through their schedule for the past four years. FFS, I don't know a single person who likes Will & Grace.

Got to say, I love Soccer AM, as its everything the Big Breakfast used to be, loose scripts, interaction with the crew, boat loads of humour, plus its live, so things can go wrong
