    Has anyone bought anything off...boysstuff.co.uk???

    boysstuff.co.uk???

I bought something from them at the beginning of January. Once I had purchased it, I found it on another website half the price, so I emailed them straight away asking if I could get a a refund. I got an email from them stating that i had 14days to return it and the girl who emailed me gave me a ticket number for returning it. I returned it the same day I received it, first class recorded delivery, still have the slip from the post office. STILL never had my money refunded. Emailed yesterday and stated that it was the 3rd email I had sent requesting my money to be refunded, if I get no reply or phone call i'm contacting Trading Standards.

Not contacted them yet, but gonna do so by Friday if I've had no contact from them.

    Raging!

    Rant over.

yeah probably... gonna check it just now

this is on their contact page

We have experienced a number of unexpected problems as a result premises relocation. This has affected our despatch ability and our customer care phone lines. Understandably customers have tried to email us instead which resulted in an increased number of emails which we are processing and responding to but unfortunately not within our normal timelines. We are aware that some orders placed after the 29/01 haven`t been delivered yet but we are starting to despatch these from this week and we expect the majority of these to be fulfilled by the 23rd of February.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

I would recommend trying to speak to them on the phone and ask for a refund. Emails can so easily go missing

How did you pay? If it was by credit card then contact the card company and back-bill them.

Re: Has anyone bought anything off...boysstuff.co.uk???

I see this is an old thread, but i thought i better warn others. Boystuff.com have to be the VERY WORST company I have ever deal with. I ordered 2 christmas presents from them, which as of today havent arrived. So I ring them and they tell me I have to call Parcel Force as they were delivered and signed for. I tell her they were not delivered here and therefore not signed for my moi! She kept speaking over me and telling me they were! I got so fuking irritated to be spoken to in this manner. I said these are christmas presents and now i have to go to the shops and buy more, and under the circs i would like a refund and she says - wait for it "you will have to return the goods to obtain a refund" fek i almost exploded, i said what part of "i have not received them do you not understand. She spoke over me and said thank you Mrs so and so and bye bye! What a useless company and soooooooooooooooo rude. I willl never ever deal with them again. I don't need this ****! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
