i fit the equipment that gets everyone pissed at the weekend, hate me job
So a dream job to you is one that deals with royalty/famous people? I cant think of a worse one tbh lol.
Im happy with what i do, its not quite dream but it lets me do what i wnat and pays well enough for a permy position.
everyone is different. some would class a dream job as one where you do naff all and get paid a int for it... imo that would bore me to death as ive done a lot of jobs that essentially require 30mins of "work" every 24 hours and it drove me mad.
Others might deem a publicly spirited job as a dream one.
personally I'd be happy for the rest of my days to test/rebuild Merlin engines even for free lmao.

I used to be indecisive but now I am not quite sure
I`ve got a job where the money is great, the hours are great, free canteen, about £25 per hour overtime, I usually do f*ck all all day and I hate it. The bosses are morons and the work is mostly mind numbing. It proves money isn`t everything, it really does. If I can get about ten large together I`m off to work for myself.
I have the best job in the world.
I'm a student, and message-board post whorelmao lmao lmao
i make the torpedoes that the queens submarines fire.

my job is pretty cool, got access to a garage workshop, all the tools i need, money is good, hours are good, get car stuff at cost price, bosses are easy going and never give me any hasstle.
downside is i have a fleet of 40 frech cars to look after, 70% of the cars are driven by complete idiots and have no idea about cars.
I have 12 staff under my direct supervision. 3 are older (1 is 40, 1 is 47 and one is 59 - I am 28) and the rest are younger. Our second youngest is a lot more mature than the older ones.
Three grown men cant get on and its always up to me to make the peace.
I do like my job at times nd is rewarding (chef) but the stress of working with some pathetic monkies is getting to me.
Good shifts - I either start at 7am and finish at 2 or start at 2 and finish about 9.
Money is really good.
The biggest complaint is working 6 days a week.![]()

all i want to do is work in a car accessories shop (not your usuall A1 motorparts) but more performance/styling parts, i would then be in my element
mine aint by no means the perfect job, but i work from say 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm, 5 days a week. I fix the machinery when it breaks and have to set it up for new products. Pay i about £10 an hour now so not too bad for a 22 year old in this area. I have some a-levels but they didnt get me the job i am in now. I worked my way up from the bottom.
Every year i got a promotion and then left for Toyota but after 6 months of that they wanted me back at my old place on the same amount of money i was on at Toyota. I was too obliged to leave the Toyota dump to be honest with ya.
Toyota is the worst job i have ever had, aches and pain all day everyday, doing the same thing all day everyday. And when i say doing the same thing i mean it, you build a part on one car, the next car is behind 70 seconds. So you have 70 seconds to do each car, normally it takes you 65 seconds, so you get 5 seconds to spare on each one.
It normally takes about 2 months to get upto speed there as it is that demanding.

If its dropped to 70 seconds there is going to be one hell of a shortfall this year!
Anyway, going back to the original question, dealing with celebs and royalty doesnt sound very perfect to me, sod that!
No such thing as a dream job to me really, anything gets boring eventually, i reckon even a career in porn would get tedious after enough time.

Your lucky chip, you got it easy at Toyota. LOL
