    Everything just went black!!

during an 'argument' with the ex this morning while i was collecting some stuff, it would seem i just blacked out. I remember her saying something about the kids, then me waking up with paramedics around me with mel shouting at me not to die 'n stuff.

Very very strange feeling to say the least, although some of that could be attributed to the face full of laminate that i got. I've never been knocked unconcious or blacked out before, and i have to admit, i sh@t my pants (not literally)

must be stress few years back i used to feel something similar happen, and if i felt it coming on, if i didnt lay down, used to feel like i was going to pass out.... the body is a superb thing, the reason you actually passout is so the blood can flow back to the brain.

i presumed he passed out...but domestic violence does happen and even for you tough blokes, its nothing to be ashamed off, and not to be laughed off... there is help out there, unfortunatly not as much, as there is for women though

no- i just passed out, attributed to panic attack (i was hyperventilating before hand)

Also just been told more bad news in regards to my mums and her sisters health which puts things into perspective

Seems like it's my turn for the crap to be happening, but mum and auntie have much more going on which puts my stuff into perspective.

Mel's just dropped some stuff over i forgot. It was all very plesant and none of the bitchyness of before. We discussed the house (seems like it could already be sold to a friend, they're just seeing if they can sort the finance) and maintainence for the kids and access etc so it was nice to be civil and agree on most things.
