    I'm back! Been in birmingham training for 3 weeks! Got the RAC job and now ready to go out in my own van woohoooooo!!

    well you CAN get in with just minimal knowledge and good customer skills, as they'll train you up (fully paid etc) But i have many mechanical/engineering qualifications so i weren't training really, just learning to do things there way!! All expenses paid for 3 weeks and food was good
