I'd square up to him, point out that he made a mistake and you won't hold it against him and say "Consider this matter closed". If he still wants some, agitate him into kicking off, then slacken his jaw for him

this bloke is a botu 6 and half foot tall, strong as muck aswell, i am small about 5 foot 7 and skinny, i dont think i could go threatening him

so he is a bully with a chip on his shoulder due to his disability, 4" x 2" works well.

ok he has been disciplined, but they said they can not tell me what he has got for it. Am i entitled to know what the discipline was? or is it none of business

also if i am not happy with what they have done can i appeal against it?

i dont want to appeal anyway, am talking to him now, all i wanted was to have it down on record so he will learn, he realises his mistakes so hopefully will be a lot more pleasant.
