    Migitis!!!!!!!!

I am suffering in a big way. My brother phoned, he was doing a job in exeter and was gonna pop down (and mentioned that he hadn't seen the new wheels on my car yet).

So out i go with bucket, sponge and toothbrush (YES, I KNOW!!!!) and really clean the car (toothbrushed the wheels). I think the MIGITIS virus has something to do with my membership pack arriving this morning (cheers mike ).

At Coombe i was chuckleing at everyone cleaning their cars (not in a nasty way) when they arrived, as they would only be dirty again by the time they got home (or got their 5 laps in).

Anyone else suffering from it?? Should i see a doctor??? lmao lmao

    lmao lmao

I know exactly where you're coming from Owen. I've got one of those Holts Flexi Automops, dunno if you've seen them? Basically they are a dusting mop that's impregnated with anti static stuff, for you to dust the outside of your car. They're really good, and don't scratch it at all either.

This means that if you get a few days of nice weather (as if!) and all the dust settles on your car, you can dust it off each day (or sometimes in my case three or four times a day) so that when it rains it doesn't look as if someone has chucked the Sahara over your motor!!

My missus thinks it's hilarious when I wash the car on saturday morning for example, and then go and dust it sat pm, then sun am, then sun pm and finally then sun pm again!!! She keeps telling me that the neighbours are probably laughing at me!

I used to be even worse when I used to show my XRs!!!! So after this season with Mig (I'm only doing two shows this year), I'll probably be a lot worse than I am now!

It doesnt bother me at all,

My car gets washed 3-4 times a week. A good wash not just a quick once over.

Polished once a week or so or whenver it needs it.

    Hoovered once a week.

    Interior cleaned once a week.

And i only do about 60 miles a week tops unless its a mig meet.
