    Funny, I was thinking the same thing. It's ok, sorted now. Done a bodge job with Acroread!

    If you get a full version of Adobe you can do it failing that I dont know of any other way.
    Never get an EGG credit card they do nothing to protect you if your card is subject to Fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    cant u just cut n paste into notepad or wordpad and save as a txt file????

    you can't the reader see's it as no text just a picture

    I think that depends as to whether the PDF has the "cut and paste text" facility switched off by the author.

    Id say get Adobe Distiller through some dodgy Warez site, or newsgroup

    In acroread, there is a little T icon at the top, and you can use it to highlight the text, and then copy the text like that.
    i dont know of any pdf to txt converters though

    James, that's what I did. Seems to be ok, although not entirely how I wanted it.
