    Thats excellent advice thanks.I was already heading of for london tomorow seen its a weekend holiday where i live.i trawled through everywhere over the past few nights and came across this,so its really an added bonus for me to take it home.

    how much then? i wouldnt pay much for a cav gsi nowadays, id expect a very good one for not much more than £1k

    someone I knew sold his car on ebay and photoshopped it a little (imaculate arches, lowered etc..., bloke arrived kicked up a stink, but still drove off with the car, muppet....

    I couldn't do it, maybe for a £10k but not a Cav. I went to Stoke on Trent for a GSi after major haggling and 400 pics, which is probably 3 1/2 hours drive, nothing really compared to your trek!

    yeah as my job dictates that i need this sort of rep-mobile car. did you forget that i had an M plate cally turbo, mr2 mk2 and mk2 astra convertible before this car.............. yeah thought so

    ill be changing it anyway once my girlfriend has learned to drive and will be ugrading to something along the lines of seat leon 20v turbo or nissan 200sx touring

    p.s. id still not pay more than £1k for a cav gsi. i bought one from here with 17" alloys, scorpion full system etc etc for only £500

    i travelled to suffolk for my nova, was worth it tho, wouldnt get anything in as good condition up ere for anywhere near the same kinda money
