No crac anybody?

How was all your weekends? Forum's been quiet for a few days so i thought i'd try and start a conversation lol.

Anybody get up to any vauxhall related stuff? I lookin about for a replacement g-box for mine at the min so thats my next wee project. My friend blew his up at the weekend so there's 2 calibra's with sh@gged gearbags! Joined that vauxhallireland forum to see what its going to be like!

going to look at mine at the weekend again there is a possibility it could be 3 calibra with dodgy gearboxes suppose thats what i get for running an f18

dont know anything about f18s. Are they from vectra's? Are they crap?

They are off the later c20ne engines just don't seem to take the abuse aswell as the f20 box

Yeah they are on vectra too but they are a different type of f18 they are hydraulic and not cable

I see. Cant see why they bothered making an f18 when the f16 could handle the late c20ne's as could the f20 obviously. Unless it was to have a gearbox with long legs.

f18cr has almost identical ratios to the f16 and f20 so don't know why they changed but anyhow
