Exclamation NorthWest Rolling Road day Saturday 26th March @ Awesome GTI **CANCELLED**

Good News folks as per this thread - click

The RR day @ Awesome GTI is confirmed for Saturday 26th March 9am!! Payments are needed asap direct to awesome themselves as we need a minimum of 10 by the 18th March for the day to go ahead!!

To make payment please do the following -
**PAYMENTS TO BE MADE FROM March 1st** (if you call before then you will be told to callback on the 1st)

We are available to do a Rolling road day on Saturday 26th March 2010.
As normal, we will be charging £35 each for 2 Wheel Drive vehicles and £45 each for 4 Wheel Drive vehicles. This will give each car 3 runs on the rolling road, Measuring Clutch Horse Power (2wd Only), Wheel Horse Power and Torque. We will not be doing any Air/Fuel Ratio graphs as this is classed as Diagnostics.

All rolling road runs must be paid for at least one week in advance of the event so once you have confirmed with both the clubs, members must call our Telephone number: 0161 776 0777 (opt1) to make payment.

If we have received less than 10 payments by Saturday 18th March 2011, We may end up having to cancel the rolling road day.
So as above call Awesome GTI on Telephone number: 0161 776 0777 (opt1) say you want to make payment for the Migweb RR on the 26th March – give them your username and reg and they will take it from there!!!!!!

Once done please update the list on here to say you have paid!

If we do not have 10 runners by 18th March all payments taken will be refunded to cards by awesome. If we get more than 10 runners and people have paid then dont turn up / can not make the day these payments will not be refundable sorry

Any questions please PM me or email me on kevin.greaves@inbox.com

    Many Thanks

    Kev

Me and Matt will be attending, and hopefully some of the eastmids guys. I think the drive via Snakes pass would be appealing

I'll pay as soon as it's possible to pay.

They usually do all 3 runs at once so best doing the mod then put it on.

Hi Kev, When the vvoc lads ring for this and tell them it's for the migweb meet what do we do if they aren't joined up here to give a member name... should they give their vvoc name?

Thanks, Ste (vvoc north-west area rep)
