    Damaged quarter panel mk4 astra

    Hi

After an incident involving black ice I have a badly dented quarter panel drivers side its a 3 door. Are there anyone in the North West England or North Wales areas who could repair/replace/weld over with a new peace the damaged area, and what sort of cost are we looking at?

    Anything would be received gratefully

There's quite a bit of suspension damage aswell from the look of it, poss rear axle + hub required. New qtr panel (or a lot of hammer work and filler, big job) new lamp, new bumper, qtr moulding + time, imo should be an insurance job. for genuine parts, probably would not get much change from a grand!

Have you got a quote from any bodyshops?

I've had 2 mechanics look at it and they have both told me that the damage is bodywork only. The car drives the same still and does not pull in any way. The sills are untouched like mentioned
