Kev: there used to be a firm in Holywell that advertised in Quid In who made exhausts to order. Might be worth buying a copy (or having a free blag in the Parade newsagents!) and seeing if they still advertise.
By the way have you seen that black Vectra V6 knocking round your neck of the woods? Looks ace, seen it a couple of times and the bird who drives it looks class!
