It's dead easy.

A brief synopsis:-

Loosen wheels
Jack up one side
Take wheel off and place under car, and/or place on axel stands.
Remove pins remove clips or remove pad retaining bit
Remove pads

Undo two caliper bolts
Remove caliper, hang up
Remove retaining screw on disk
Remove disk
Install new disk
Re-install retaining screws
Re-install new pads
Re-install pad retaining stuff
Re-install wheel, etc.

Thats the basics of any pad/disc change. A haynes would help you be more specific, and the parts can be got on your mig trade club.

And then after you've finished masturbating, you can make a start on your brakes.

Yes it does, get yourself a nice big G clamp.
Take it steady and remove the brake fluid cap first as well.

... and always give the brake pedal a push several times before driving the car on the road, as I realised when coming to a corner today.

I've done it a fair few times and it took me 15 minutes. You only have to undo four bolts. Get a caliper retaining bolt allen key thing from Halfords (they will stock it), and a set of large allen keys. Take the caliper off (prize off with a crowbar once you've taken the rods out), then take off the caliper carrier with one of the allen keys. You'll need some kind of metal pole as an extension bar as they are very tight.
