Where to get my Astra set up????

My Astra SRI Turbo has a hesitation when bringing the boost in gently between 2k - 4k, its been to Regal for a 300bhp upgrade, they told the lad I bought it off "thats just how phase 3.5 runs"

Can anyone recommend somewhere to take it to be looked at, dont want to travel miles. Or any ideas what could be causing it???

There's a rolling road in Prestatyn and the guy that runs it (Tommy) really knows his stuff also. The name of the place I have forgotten tho
