1 Site Speed. A strict speed restriction of 10 mph is to be adhered to whilst on site. No donuts, Wheel spins or Burn-outs, anyone found to be breaking these rules will have their details taken and reported to the local authorities. Anyone found to be breaking these rules will be escorted from the premises.
2 Set Up. Car clubs may begin setting up at 0730 hours on Sunday 26th March. All cars must be on the stands by 0945 hours. All cars on stands are requested to stay there until the event finishes. Any car leaving the stand will not be allowed re-entrance to the stand.
3 Stand Cleaning. Exhibitors are responsible for their stands and all rubbish must be removed prior to leaving the site.
4 Take down. Take down begins at 1600 hours subject to change; stands should not be dismantled and removed before then. The site should be cleared by 1800 hours. APPROX TIMES
5 Club Rights and Obligations. Car clubs agrees to conduct themselves in an orderly manner, to abide by the rules and regulations of the charity site and to be considerate of other car clubs and members of the public.
6 Security. Security is the car owners’ responsibility. ClubVEC.com or Vauxhall Ellesmere Port cannot be responsible for loss, stolen or damaged merchandise or cars. Please keep any merchandise secured.
7 Music and Sound. Loud noises and music must be kept to a minimum. The Event staff will determine at what point Noise or Music constitutes an interference with others and must be discontinued.
8 Children. Children under the age of 14 years of age should be supervised by a responsible adult whilst on the site.
9 Rolling Road. The rolling road will be operated on a ticket system to keep site movement to a minimum. Anyone wanting to put their car on the Rolling Road are to contact the staff in the ClubVEC marquee.

Image Uploader
With the welcome news that the clubvec.com domain name has now finally been transferred, comes the return of the ClubVEC Image Uploader, however, as we now have a new server and a new-look site, we thought we'd bring you a new-look Image Uploader to go with it!!
This version of the uploader requires you to have an account. This enables us to control the content on our servers as and makes you as a user accountable for the content you upload. You will need to register your ClubVEC username to use the uploader and we as Admin will receive an authentication request. Once we have approved your account, you will then be able to use the uploader.
You will have your own personal 'My Files' folder with a limit of 25MB of server space and you will be able to create up to 3 folders within this folder. You can upload & delete your images where necessary but please remember that uploads are still limited to a 100KB maximum filesize.
When your storage limit has been reached you will no longer be able to upload until you create some space by deleting older images.
WARNING: Any uploaded images of a questionable or illegal nature will be removed and a warning will be issued to the offender. This is the only warning we will issue, another violation will see that uploader account suspended.
We know its been a pain hosting images elsewhere and hotlinking, but thanks for bearing with us.
