    any 1 know of a good R,R ? need AFR/laba readings

hi name is paul ''i know it say's trickymicky'' is a long story,

any way's i would be very grateful if some 1 could give me detail's/link to a good rollong road place in or around north east ''im from newcastle'' but will to drive if they are good .

i went to motoscope R,R and got a bad AFR reading, and have been told if my AFR had of hit 20 the car would of blown up. so need to take that reading as a pinch of salt.

so need to find a place that can give a good re4ading on AFR/boost/fueling etc etc

    here is my graph.

very greatful for any helpful reply's.

    kind regards

    paul

thank's for the heads up F124ANNY, Manchester is a little to far for me mate, over 100 miles each way, would be cheaper to buy the AEM AFR kit, the cost it would in petrol lol.

    thank's again .

Just on a quick note, looking at your graph your AFRs are showing a rich condition not lean, looks to me like your lean spikes are missfires as your fouling your plugs, which shows up as a lean AFR condition. This is only based on the image posted, if i had the car on our rollers we could tell you straight away but we're miles from you.
What is the car? if the AFR on the graph is correct i take it your a turbo vehicle?
Put a road engine in a rally car and its Bhp goes up 50%!!!! its magic!

    hi , thank's for the reply/infor

yeah it's a turbo car, astra vxr, yeah was told it was running ''RICH'' but i have since found out since, posting my graph that the standard astra vxr ECU runs ''RICH''

i service my car every 5/8 k that involves, new plugs/oil/oil filer/air filter

car run's fine on the road, no misfire's at all,

    again thank's for the reply/info , thank's

    kind regard's

hmmmm i'll have a pop along see what they are like,

that graph in my first post is from motoscope, which i thought where a good R,R but been told that if that graph was correct my engine would of went ''bang'' iv been there twice and both times had the same readings,

i think he must need to change his sensor

What did the power and torque curves look like?, there should be a massive dip in the curve where the fuel is spiking, if not i would say your spot on with the sensor, i would want to be seeing 11.8 -12.5:1 lambda on that engine, obviously leaner if its non turbo. What the reason for Having a run on the rollers have you changed anything that could be upsetting the fuel?

i had a run just befor xmas, , to see if every thing was ok, before i drive down to courtenay sport in april, as going stage 3, so wanted to be sure there wasn't any niggles,

i had nothing done whats so every apart from having a 3'' piper fitted 11 moth before that ,

here are both of my graphs

first was a health check late September2010, my EML light was on then as the cat was throwing it up ' had this checked and was told every time it was because of my sports cat, and removing the pre-cat. to much gas getting through, so my ecu was saying it was buggered, ''cat inefficient '' is very very normal for are car's to through this code up, even with the remus which comes fitted on the Nuremberg as standard .

that would cause the same thing as what happed here in the first graph, to happen in the second , infact that wouldn't cause any problems at all.

then the second run was a R,R day with a fourm which totall vaux was attending, so thought i would get my ugly mug in the mag ,haha

here is that run, but in this run i had a spacer fitted to the pre-cat which was ment to be fitted in the second boss/lamba sensor '' i wasn't feeling good on the day/night out the night befor so was'nt thinking ''well thats my excuse'' opp's

so yeah this is the second run
