space in unit for rent DURHAM

hi the unit im currently renting has a couple of spaces free and are willing to give up each space for £15 per week rental, the unit consists of a four post ramp, compressor, welder, work bench, lazy room with kettle & fridge and always somone there to help,
theres about 6 of us restoring cars in it so plenty of Knolledge if needed.
anyone interested?
