Firstly i hope i am not taking anybodies job off them by doing this! but...

My ford driving mate and i are going to a rolling road in a few weeks to do some power runs

just wondering would anyone like to show his zetec chunk some proper power?!?

just think this could be a good day and allow people to meet each other that maybe doesn't really know anyone any one on here!

yes i am thinking autotechnics in sheffield

they seem to be the cheapest around, at £30 inc vat

was going to suggest well lane turbos in batley, but theyre £40 + vat!

are you on the list then?

this will probably be somewhere around 10th or 17th of february has to be a saturday though!

I'm on the list, however i could do with plenty of notice once you have set a date cause i need to let the wife know so she can do something with the kids.

my friend would also be interested in tagging along if you need to fill spaces (as he drives a mitsubishi gto ) not vauxhall i know but he would still like to know what bhp his new car is.

so it is either 17th feb or 3rd March

once people give a deposit and the money is in my account i will phone autotechnics up and let them know, and pay them, so you can check up that i aint robbing you!!!

me and my mate are definate however can you check that they can take 4wd other wise my mate is buggered, i have a paypal account but don't really know how to send you money, i only ever use it for ebay. some instruction would be appreciated.
are we guessing the bhp.......................

sorry i havnt been on here for a bit. i can do 3rd march providing its after 1.30pm as im working until 12pm. is it still going ahead or has it gone wrong. i may have another as my mate has a corsa gsi

i wouldnt recommend j-p-autotechnics at all because their rollers look past there best and only handle up to 250 bhp approx and the closer you are to that the less accurate they seem to be... i took my standard engined corsa xe on there last year and come out with 192bhp (flywheel)

it has a full s/s exhaust system, induction kit and thats it! another 2 tests elsewhere gave me 164bhp (flywheel) and 160bhp (flywheel). A carrado vr6 with similar mods to mine produced 238bhp(flywheel) what are they standard? 190bhp???? with mods 200bhp - 210???

To be fair to the place other cars tested that day producing under 130bhp seemed pritty realistic but thats no bloody good for most people off here is it?

Might be interested in joining you guys if you get something arranged else where, ideally around sheffield would be great!!
