just a thought but the north east clubcalibra members have just started to have a meet agian at team vally in gateshead once a month could always make a bigger meet by joining the to togther just a thought

was it timing belt issue then,it sounds pretty bad if the head needed to come off

me selecting wrong gears.
was too lazy to fix the linkage, n resulted in over revving.
new rods, pistons, valves ect

thats abit rough mate,i did the same thing a couple of years ago and snapped afew flywheel bolts which was bad enough but the engine survived
